Built by one person, for teams without a compliance department
Hi, I'm Justin — I'm building StackGaps on my own, alongside a full-time job. I kept seeing the same problem at small and mid-sized companies: nobody has a clear view of what software they're actually paying for, whether it overlaps, or whether the vendor even has the compliance paperwork (DPAs, SOC 2 reports, BAAs) an auditor will ask for. The usual answer is a consultant or a spreadsheet nobody maintains.
StackGaps is my attempt at a faster, cheaper first pass: upload a CSV, get overlap candidates and framework readiness signals back in seconds, and download something you can actually hand to an auditor or a CISO.
Because I'm building this solo, StackGaps is held to the same standard it checks for in other tools — see the security overview for exactly how your data is stored and protected. If something looks off, or you just want to talk to the person building it, email me directly at [email protected].
